Danner Mens Radical 452 5.5 Gtx Boot

This is the fourth pair of these hiking boots I have bought for my husband. The ankle support is excellent due to the lacing up system of the boot. The soles are not slippery on cement. He climbs a lot of ladders at work and stands on cement all day and has no feet problems.He also wears them everywhere he goes now days.Also this boot comes in wide sizes.

Great Boots, Need To Break Them In.

Bought these for work boots, they have what I want. A firm sole to stand on ladders or rocks, comfort, sole sewed on for durability. They have all this. They do need a break-in period as the thick leather is stiff right out of the box. I’m extremely satisfied.

Simply Radical

This is my 4th pair of Danner Radical’s. My job is a little hard on boots but these have managed to last longer and stay comfortable to the end of their service life. Love the Wide option, saves me from having to go up a 1/2 Size just to get a little more width. Gortex liner keeps my feet dry on soggy days and the breathability to keep them cool. Actually have a brand new spare pair on the shelf just in case they ever decide to discontinue. I pray they never do!!!
