My husband and I both bought the same version of this jacket. We both have the Fuego and love it. But we are headed to Antarctica and felt we needed something just a little warmer. But we both carry on versus checking our luggage, so we wanted something super packable. We did a lot of research before settling on this jacket for both of us. We are very happy. We have not taken the trip yet, but we have no doubt it’ll keep us warmer than the Fuego, it is almost as compact when stuffed into the sack. It seems to be the perfect coat for what we were looking for. And it fits very nicely both my women’s version and his men’s version.

Love the look of this jacket. Great color-way. Very cozy and kept my wife warm while camping at elevation. Wish it was a bit lighter material so it packed down a bit more but as a trade off, it’s probably going to be more durable than an ultralight jacket. I was able to get it in a 3L stuff sack so it does pack ok. Size seems to run a bit large which is primarily why I gave 4 vs 5 stars.

Somehow this coat weighs nothing, but is also the warmest coat I’ve ever owned. As a person who hates to be cold, this coat makes winter comfortable! Also, if you’re someone who has to travel from cold climates to warm climates, this coat packs up so small that it’s easy to be comfortable everywhere you go. I cannot say enough good things about the Fuego. If you’re on the fence, buy it!

I just received this jacket and I’m very happy. I had tried a large and found it too bulky, even though I usually need a large for comfortable shoulder movement. I tried the M and there’s plenty of shoulder room and less bulk. The material feels great, everything feels and looks quality, and there are tons of pockets.

The max down hooded jacket is light, not puffy like most jackets and so wonderfully warm and cozy. It runs true to size. I will definitely be wearing this jacket all winter long! Thanks Cotopaxi for making a phenomenal jacket!!

Love the fit and style of this jacket. It seems like it'll be nice and warm, haven't worn it yet since it's still summer. I would say it run large. I'm normally a Medium in jackets and ordered a Small which fits great. I will have no issues layering under it. I'm 5'5" and 140 lbs, with slightly broad shoulders and strong arms.

The material on this jacket is incredibly soft, and I love the purple—it feels fresh and perfectly on trend. As a die-hard summer lover, I’m never excited to see winter lurking around the corner, but this jacket might be the one thing making me look forward to colder weather!

This down jacket is beautiful and very warm. I love the color and big pockets. I do not have the chance to wear it in cold weather yet but it seems a very well designed and quality jacket. The size chart is not very accurate. I was hesitant about to order a small or medium. I’m glad I didn’t not buy according to the size chart. It’s a boxy jacket and I still have room.

Warm, light, and not as boxy as some comments make it out to be! I’m 5”3, 120lbs, and still have some room for a thin sweater underneath if I really needed it, which is the only reason I rated runs large — if it just ever so slightly got some more room than I’m used to for a small, but it truly fits like a glove if you were just to wear a long sleeve and zip it up. Has plenty of pocket room inside both sides of the jacket. On top of it, the color scheme is absolutely beautiful — I wear a lot of earth tone colors & this just goes perfectly with my wardrobe and will be keeping me oh so cozy during the chilly Monterey Bay winters ahead. Don’t hesitate like I did, just purchase your usual go to size, it’ll look phenomenal :)
