Meets my expectations. I plan to use it while commuting and like that it's thin, so I can bring a laptop and lunch, but keep the weight distributed well. One suggestion would be to add a zippered gusset so that it can expand to use most of the personal item's depth allotment when traveling. I could also imagine a little more organization on the inside.

Decided to splurge and get a special bag to be my work backpack. This is perfect for fitting my laptop (padded pocket in the bag), lunch, and little work things I need as a hybrid office girlie. I am excited to keep taking it out on adventures!
