The color is beautiful! The ability to use as a tote or backpack is helpful for sore shoulders and my back - it is very comfortable. It is very roomy and holds all of my teacher things. I was unsure about the front mesh pockets, but I am using one for my water bottle and it’s perfect. Buy this!

I’m a high school teacher and I got this to be my everyday work bag. I really like that I can switch to “backpack mode” when I’m carrying heavier books. The one thing I wish it had was more internal, zipable pockets. Maybe I’m asking it to do more than was intended, but I’d love to be able to organize better than everything in the small pocket, laptop, and everything else in the big pocket. I’m using the organizing bags (as shown in one of the photos), but I wish this were built into the bag itself.

This year, my parking situation changed. My parking space is no longer in a protected garage near my office. So, I decided that I should ditch my old leather tote for something a bit more durable. This bag is the perfect choice. I can carry it as a tote but find myself using it as a book bag very often. I live somewhere with a lot of rain and snow so I appreciate that the bag is water resistant and low profile. I use the front net pockets for my phone, a mini-umbrella, pencil pouch, and lip gloss. My wallet and keys fit into the zipped front compartment, and the main bag has plenty of room for my laptop and the Cotopaxi toiletry bag I take everywhere. If you like to haul a TON of stuff back and forth from your office, this probably isnt' for you. But it is perfect for a commute of a few blocks, sometimes in bad weather.

I got this backpack for work and travel and it fits everything so neatly and nicely. It feels sturdy and like it can take a beating for years to come. I like the tote to backpack conversion, especially for commuting on the subway.

The colors are beautiful and the material is durable but the design lacks in quality. The backpack straps are very thin and flat, making them uncomfortable to wear. The laptop pocket is obnoxiously big and gapes open.

I was looking for a convertible backpack tote to replace my old Lole convertible that is falling apart. I think this will work for me. No side water bottle holder, which is what I’m used to, but it does fit in the front so that should be fine.

This bag is gorgeous— incredible quality and functional. I was unsure when I first received it if the bag would work for me. It's lacking a should strap, which I was used to with these bags. But having used it for weeks now, I'm really loving it. I embraced the backpack straps, and the bag works perfectly. I did buy some organization bags to throw in there, which I have seen other comments say. That's really the only down side, hard to organize items when there are just a bunch of big open pockets. Designated areas for pens, etc would have been nice. But overall I'm very pleased, and will be using this bag for a very long time.

Cool colors. Fits my laptop and my lunch with room to spare. Stands up and open. My previous work bag lasted over 14 years, but it didn't have backpack straps. I'll update this review in 14 years and let you know if it's still in service!
