Originally designed to pair with larger travel bags, the Batac is a stowable daypack that deploys for fast-and-light daytrips, hikes, and other excursions. Like our Luzon, it’s unstructured for added versatility, making it a great school pack, gym bag, and daily travel companion. But rather than employing a top-loading, cinch-closure design, the Batac features a main zippered compartment, along with a front vertical-zip pocket and two mesh water bottle pockets. Each Batac is made with remnant materials by employees who decide exactly how each one looks. In other words, no two are exactly alike.

It’s My Snowboarding Pack For

It’s my snowboarding pack for life. Perfect fit and functional. Not too big for the lifts and not too much weight for the terrain.

I have my own BATAC 16L Daypack which I use for my daily cycling commute, but when I went on an Andean hike for a couple of days, my partner was so so jealous of the lightweight of my pack, all the compartments (especially the two outer mesh pockets), and the straps, that it was a no brainer what to get for his Christmas gift. My only concern was that when I purchased mine I was able to pick a general color, but now I wasn’t. Fortunately, I got a great color combo that will work perfectly.

Great Pack

I love the idea of being surprised by the del dia collection. But I wish they had like options like: del dia earth tones, primarily girl colors, primarily boy colors, etc. it’s hard to have a hope and a prayer that you get colors you don’t hate.

I bought the Batac 16L Daypack because I was looking for a lightweight, colorful and functional backpack. I love this one because it's spacious and light. In addition, it has enough pockets to separate small items from large ones. It's foldable and packable so I can bring it for every trip.

Perfect For Quick Day Hikes!

I just got this bag hoping to bring it on quicker day hikes just so I have somewhere for phone, keys, wallet, snack, etc and I love it. Really light weight and a (very small) zip pocket inside for smaller stuff to keep it separate. Took it right out for a test drive and solidly approve :)

Nice Bag

Great Bag but not the bright blue, red, orange and yellow colors I was hoping for and or that I chose in the photo sadly… I regrettably missed the random selection part in the ordering description so I’m kind of disappointed in the color selection.

I've Really Been Enjoying This Pack. . .

. . . so far it's been into the Beartooths in MT, and 9 of the 10 waterfalls in Silver Falls State Park in Oregon. The pack has performed well on hikes, planes and every adventure thus far!

Love This Bag! Would Not Trade It For Another!

Bought the Batac 16L for use on my trip to Glacier. Perfect bag for the airplane. Perfect bag for short hikes. Perfect bag to carry change of clothes, a towel, shoes, etc to keep in the car to keep organized. I wish the bottle pockets on the sides were a tiny bit larger, but still managed to get my Nalgene bottle in with a little wresting. I look great carrying it too. I’m 5’6” 144lbs size 6/8 average/curvy
