The zipper is a little annoying to access and I’ve noticed the bag tips over easily. However, I love the inside organization slots that fit my laptop and iPad and front pocket. The water bottle slots also fit my 32 oz owala no problem which is nice

I really want to love this bag but I don’t. The color I bought was the whiskey, mustard yellow, and steel blue. I really like these colors together. However, the bag just doesn’t fit my frame and so therefore it’s uncomfortable to wear. I’m 5’4” medium female build for reference. The bag is about 4 inches too tall in height and the back is very stiff due to the laptop foam padding. The straps are about 1/2” too wide and therefore dig into my arms. But the one thing I really don’t like is the main opening top zipper. It’s curved and therefore not easy to open. Gets stuck every time. Not sure I will keep it. That being said the quality is great, the colors are amazing. Just doesn’t fit my frame.

This daypack is so spacious with a lot of compartments to hold everything you need. The straps are comfortable around your shoulders and even offer a clip across your chest for more support during whatever adventure you’re on. I love the shape of the zipper of the big compartment, as the design makes the pack look slick while offering a lot of storage space inside. The color is very earthy and welcoming. Overall, I love this pack for traveling or going on a day adventure. I highly recommend!!

I really wanted to like this backpack, but the zippers ultimately made me return it. The biggest issue is that the zippers are difficult to operate one-handed. To open the bag, I often have to use one hand to hold or tension the bag in a specific spot while using the other hand to pull the zipper. Even with two hands, the zipper frequently snags or gets stuck instead of opening smoothly. The main compartment is particularly frustrating because the zipper follows a curved path. As you pull the zipper around the curve, it tends to bind and stop, requiring you to adjust the tension on the bag or pull from a different angle to get it moving again. It makes something that should be a simple, one-handed operation feel unnecessarily difficult. I used the bag for about a week, hoping the zippers might become easier to use with time, but the problem never improved enough for me to feel comfortable keeping it. This is especially disappointing because I’ve generally had a great experience with Cotopaxi products. My wife and I own their jackets, duffles, backpacks, and several other items, so this isn’t a brand I’m unfamiliar with. Unfortunately, this has been my least favorite Cotopaxi product by far, and the zipper design has made me hesitant to purchase another Cotopaxi backpack in the future. I ended up finding a non-Cotopaxi replacement backpack in the same price range whose zippers open smoothly and easily, so for me, the zipper issues were enough to make this backpack a return.

Received a very well made functional bag. Design was thoughtful and am surprised it fits my 17 inch laptop, though not inside the sleeve.

I love this backpack. I use it for school and it fits my iPad and laptop perfectly. Plus gym clothes and other stuff. My only complaint is that the main zipper is hidden with a flap which is inconvenient for what I use it for. But other then that I love the backpack!

Arrived quickly and it’s great! It’s the perfect amount of space for my laptop, lunch, and notes. Highly recommend if you are looking for college. I like that it can also be highly functional for a day trip or beach outing in addition to day to day use. Material is super durable and the pack feels very sturdy.

I have been using my Cotopaxi Clase 28L everyday. It’s very useful for International student like me who wants everything secured in one bag. The padded and laptop sleeve and internal pockets makes my things very organized. It’s a solid back for everyday commuter like me. One thing I have noticed, if I wear ut too long it digs on my shoulder. Cotopaxi can use more pads so that it will provide an extra comfort for everyday wearing.

This backpack feels like it will last! Very easy to access and not overwhelming with pockets.
