First trip met all my expectations. My husband is a pilot so I am always looking for luggage to take on our weekend getaways. Private planes are small so compact efficient luggage is key. Love this bag so far! It will also be coming as my carry on for my trip to Germany this winter.

So many great features about this bag - the best part in my opinion is the interior organization features! And the mesh lining makes it easy to see what’s inside without blindly digging around too. Will probably buy a second one soon! This is well worth the money, just buy it!!

I bought this backpack to take with me on my semester abroad and it's amazing! I can fit so much in the bag for trips as long as a week! I can't wait to keep using it for more adventures

My daughter and I are going to travel in Vietnam and Thailand. I had another pack I was going to use but after I saw her Cotopaxi pack and compared it to several other brands I knew Cotopaxi was the one for me. I like the 35 L size for all of the different modes of travel we will do. It is water resistant and opens up fully for better access in hostels. I initially wanted the blue toned one but since she already had that color and we didn't want to have exactly the same pack I went with Fig and I love it.

I purchased the Cotopaxi Allpa 35L Travel Pack for an upcoming safari in Africa, and I’m already so impressed with it. As a chronic overpacker, I knew I needed something that would help me pack smarter while meeting the very strict size and weight limits for the small bush planes we’ll be taking. I love the suitcase-style opening and all of the organization inside. Everything has its place, and I can easily see and access what I’ve packed without digging through the entire bag. The construction feels very durable, and I also appreciate the water-resistant design—especially for a trip like this. It’s surprisingly comfortable to carry, with several different carrying options. I especially like that the backpack straps tuck away neatly when I’m not using them, which gives the bag a much cleaner profile and makes it easier to handle while traveling. Another huge advantage is that I can use the Allpa 35L as my carry-on for our international flights and then continue using it on the smaller planes once we’re in Africa. On our last trip to Africa, our checked luggage was lost, so being able to keep everything I really need with me this time gives me some extra peace of mind. I think this bag is going to make traveling lighter—and staying organized—so much easier. If it can turn this chronic overpacker into a carry-on safari traveler, that may be its greatest accomplishment!

This bag is almost like a mullet with the rugged business outside and the party inside. It's water proof and sleek enough to fit under a seat but is so much more sophisticated inside with easy-to-find pockets for technology and work clothes. Everything stayed unwrinkled, and I could easily pack and unpack because the pockets made sense. I've been doing small trips recently that include lots of different kinds of fun and responsibility. I was most concerned about my ability to put it on my back with less pain than a traditional backpack and found that the chest and hip straps really distribute weight in a more ergonomic way. I can't wait to use it when I travel to Iceland in early 2027 to see the Northern Lights.

Two months after I embarked on a long international trip, the fabric by the zipper of the second pocket failed and I was unable to use the pocket. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty; however, they were unable to replace my backpack until I was back in th states (which was 6 months later). Hopefully the replacement holds up better.

I am using this bag alongside a cross body bag for a carry-on only month long solo trip to Cambodia. It's really well constructed, very comfortable, and i am looking forward to traveling with this bag. It is wel within the carry-on requirements for se Asia airlines. As well as not being so big that you go over the weight requirements. I really like the large laptop sleeve. The organization is very nice, but simple.

After much research and reading countless reviews, I landed on the Allpa 35L in black. Having just returned from a trip to Colorado, it was the perfect travel companion. The only thing that I would like to see changed for future redesigns would be the size of the laptop/iPad compartment. I usually put my 16" in a sleeve, and it wouldn't come close to fitting. Even outside of the sleeve, it was tight. If you add an iPad to the mix, the compartment is really too small. Other than that, I'm hooked on this bag.
