So Far, So Good!

I love that this travels like a backpack, but lays open like a suitcase! It keeps everything nicely organized with all of the different compartments. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I am not sure it is waterproof/water resistant. Plus, I am still traveling with it for the first time, so I might still run into some issues. I don’t know, we’ll see!

Replacing Good Gear

When travelling, our car was broken into and someone took my travel bag. I knew I wanted to replace my Cotopaxi Allpa 35L travel bag with the same model, since it has several neat compartments with which to store my belongings, has a hardy exterior, is a perfect carry-on size, and has really cool, identifiable colors. I was able to get to a Cotopaxi store and find a similar bag, and with my luck, found a bag with even prettier colors than the last. I also seemed to have gotten an updated model with a few extra compartments, which really made my day. It’s worth it to travel with Cotopaxi gear.

Fantastic From Travel Through Europe

Comfortable, wearable carry on with plenty of space for everything you need. Easy to organize for a trip with its many compartments and pockets. Was great for traveling through Europe, the cobblestone streets would have destroyed a roller bag.

Allpa 35 - Fits A Lot Of Stuff

I fit a whole week's worth of clothes (including 4 pairs of jeans) and toiletries in this bag and still fit it in the overhead bin on my flight, so that was pretty impressive! It has better strap weight distribution than my other travel pack, and also the extra zip pockets help distribute the weight across the bag rather than everything clumping at the bottom. I deducted a star because I wish that the main zipper had even a tiny bit more of a flap on it so that I can still force it closed when I overstuff the inside pockets and they don't close flat against each other. It is particularly tight at the point where the two inside pockets on the front suitcase side meet.
