My last two travel backpacks have been women specific, but there is not that option with Cotopaxi. The bag itself is really nice and I like it, but wearing it is a bit uncomfortably as it squishes the girls inward. Hopefully I won’t have to wear it for long jaunts, and it’s not like I will be hiking with it. I decided to keep it, which I may regret after my next trip. If you have larger breasts, this may not be the bag for you. I am a 34c for reference.

This pack is all I needed for carryon travel. i was able to fit a water bottle on the side. I only wish there were a few places I could attach items like my pillow… I found one but a couple would be nice. The luggage pass through was tight.

Will be using the pack in a few weeks on vacation. I have the 32L already and know this one will be just right for a lighter packing trip.

I already have the 42L, just added the 28L to my collection. Awesome bags.

I bought this for my trip around Europe and Africa! I have loved it so much and the amount of stuff that you can pack that can still qualify as a personal item is incredible.

I’ve traveled for years with a 25L backpack and was worried the Allpa 28L would feel too big. It doesn’t. The extra space is surprisingly useful while still feeling comfortable and carry-on friendly. I regularly pack a laptop, charger, mouse, keyboard, clothes for a long weekend, and other travel essentials, and everything fits with room to spare. The clamshell design makes packing easy, the organization is excellent, and the build quality feels solid. For me, it’s the perfect balance between capacity, comfort, and versatility for both work and travel.

I LOVE my new backpack! I am used to using a traditional student type backpack and was a little nervous about converting to this style however, on my recent trip to Costa Rica, it was just wonderful! I love the durable exterior. I love all the pockets. It was just a great purchase and I plan to buy more Cotopaxi products in the future. For sure.

This bag is legit. Super handy for one bag travel or use it as a personal item in conjunction with a carry one to still keep from checking bags! I love the color too!

4/5 stars The Cotopaxi Allpa is an excellent travel bag overall. The organization is thoughtfully designed, the materials feel durable, and it’s very comfortable to carry even when fully packed. I especially like how easy it is to pack for short trips without needing extra organizers. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is one small but annoying design issue: the little metal/plastic hoops attached to the inside zipper chains tend to interfere with the main compartment zipper while opening and closing the bag. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does get frustrating during frequent access. Other than that, it’s a fantastic travel backpack and I’d still highly recommend it.

This backpack is an awesome carryon size bag. It opens like a suitcase making it super easy to pack in and find things. Several smaller pockets for packing your flight essentials. It’s the perfect bag!

The Cotopaxi Allpa 28L Travel Pack has quickly become one of my favorite carry-on backpacks for short trips and minimalist travel. It strikes a really impressive balance between organization, comfort, durability, and style. What immediately stands out is the suitcase-style clamshell opening. Instead of digging through one giant compartment, the bag opens flat and gives you multiple zippered sections that make packing incredibly organized. I found it especially useful for separating clothes, tech, toiletries, and smaller essentials without needing extra packing cubes. At 28L, the size feels ideal for weekend trips, city travel, or even one-bag international travel if you pack efficiently. It fits surprisingly well under many airplane seats when not overpacked, though fully loaded it works better in the overhead bin. The dimensions are also carry-on friendly, which makes airport travel much easier.

This baby is the best! It's got the perfect mix of pockets to carry everything. I move around a lot - commute in to NYC for multiple days at a time for work, on construction job sites across the country and frequently traveling for work and weekend fun. it's the perfect mix of work bag - with enough space for my laptop, second monitor and electronics to support a couple days in the field, and it also has enough space to hold 3-4 days (I've lived out of it for over as week!) of clothing and my bath dop kit. And when I put too much wear on it and Cotopaxi was amazing enough to help replace my very well worn bag. I love the new additions of the external water bottle pocket, the tiny external critical gear pocket, and strap to securely reset. This bag on my carry on hard suitcase handle for longer travel. Those three improvements joot every tiny gripe I had with this. And love the extra strap hook connection spots for the occasional additional gear. 11/10 🙌 Ok would be selecting everything in tht "favorite features" and how I use it. . . This is my go-to everything bag!!

I did some intensive research on this backpack, i knew i wanted it. Once i got it it’s exactly what i need for my daily needs. The make of the backpack is better quality than i thought and this should last for years to come with daily usage
