Overall I loved the bag but outside of the big zipper does not close smoothly. I was little frustrated at times.

Love The Design, With A Couple Of Improvement Ideas!

Overall, I really love it—the design, the colors, and everything! I just have two suggestions for improvement. First, could the zippers be designed to be a bit smoother? Second, if it could add a feature at the shoulder strap area to convert it into a fully enclosed travel pack (with a cover/flap to tuck away the straps), it would be much easier to check in as luggage.

Nice Look, Not As Well Designed

I really like the look in the size of the bag. Pockets are useful inside too, but the outside large pocket zipper is facing One Direction. Zipper needs to face one way and the other zip of the other way I tend to get stuck with the bag stretched tight. But the biggest problem is the secure laptop pocket opens on the opposite side of the rest of the bag. So you have to turn the bag over and if it’s not closed things fall out. Also the water bottle pocket should be on the opposite side of where the bag opens. finally the waist straps. Don’t have anywhere to go if you’re not using it. So you have a whole bunch of tied up straps behind your back or dangle strap down your legs because there’s no place to put them.

A Must Have For All Travel

This is by far the BEST BAG I have ever purchased for travel. It is so good I also purchased one for my wife. Holds so much, well made, the zippers are sturdy and it fits on domestic and international flights. It will probably last my lifetime from my experience so far with it.

Travel Bag

Whilst I love the concept of this bag I have found that the exterior material scuffs quite easily on the black version. Other than this it is a great quality bag and to be fair the sales assistant was very upfront about this fact but these are just aesthetics. The actual quality cannot be faulted. Perhaps consider a different colour and not the waterproof material

Received package promptly. Like new design very much. Love the new pockets, very practical. Water bottle pouch is very tight. Color better than picture. To be used in December for a trip.

I Like It!

This bag is so wonderful for my travel needs, the only gripes I have are with the straps, they sit very close in to the neck, which can cause some discomfort if you’re a smaller person. I’m taking this bag on a 21 day trip through Italy, with both city travel, and backpacking sections. It’s performing great as a train and plane bag, but also as a pack.

Nice Personal Or Carry On Bag

I bought for the interior luggage style organizers and the versatility of being a personal bag or carry on. I like the material, and its comfortable to wear. I like the bottle pocket but for me, its hard to reach for when I am wearing the backpack. I also wish there was an easy access pocket for important documents (ie passport, wallet) on the side. I put it in the side laptop pocket as a solution. I recommend this backpack and size despite the small caveats! I think its still worth it for the internal organizations, and flexibility.

I have tried so many backpacks and the 28L is by far my favourite! Keeps everything organized. Love all the little pockets. Haven’t used it for long day hike but perfect as my personal item on the airplane.

Allpa 28, Best Travel Pack

Bought this bag to make traveling lighter even easier. Recently used it as a personal item while flying for a quick 3 day trip and was able to fit everything I needed. It was almost full and still fit underneath the seat on the plane with plenty of space. My husband was skeptical, but now he wants one for himself!
