I Have Had Several Pair Of Costas Great Glasses

My only problem with this purchase is for some reason this is the only pair of Costas I've owned that didn't come with a case and cleaning cloth

I Agree With The Others The Repairs Are Expensive

I take very good care of my fishing glasses they stay in the case unless I am fishing with them. I have have had 2 glass lenses break and at $80 plus shipping to repair each time you can not afford to fix them regularly. But as much as you spend to start with you would think they would repair them cheaper seems they know they have an issue. Also frames the say they replace those but I had to pay for temples that deteriorated from contact with sunscreen. My $180+ glasses have cost me $200+ in repairs so far. Glass lenses are not the way to go with Costa's

Do Your Research. Horrible Warranty

Do your homework on this brand. I paid over $200 for new pair, sucked into the hype of the brand and thinking the warranty was truly like national brands like REI and LL BEAN. It is not. After my sunglasses got scratched I called costa to inquire about the repair process. $11 to process the return shipping (no reward for a returning customer yet NEW customers get free shipping) plus $69 to repair scratched lenses. By comparison, LL BEAN offers polarized sunglasses for under $80 with an unconditional warranty. I'm sorry but with two pairs of costas in my possession I can tell you first hand the difference cannot be that great. With the peace of mind offered by other brands that truly Stand by their product and are competitive with other brands warranty, costa really needs to get with the program. This will be my last pair. Very disappointing. My experiences are no different and equally as disappointing as other consumers. Simply search on "costa warranty" and you will become educated about the reality of this brand.

Agree With The Others, Warranty Service Is Awful

Just sent pair for warranty service, bought harpoon frame in Mar 2015. The pair i bought is no longer available after only 4 months, so now have to switch to new frame. Never would have paid $200 for glasses if i knew they were to be discontinued. Also the repair process is painfully slow. took 3 weeks just to "assess" and then tell me they could not be repaired. Once i pick a new frame it will take an additional 2 weeks. Oh and I have to pay at least $69. Every time i called to followup was on hold for approx 20 minutes each time. Not what I expected for a premium price.

Great Sunglasses

Couldnt ask for a better pair of sunglasses. Use them everyday. Never had any problems... will use Costas for the rest of my life!

This Product Has A Bad Warranty!

I have owned three pair of Costas, but, will buy no more. If you can't give a better warranty, then please lower the price to $24.99. If you decide to treat your long term customers better, please email me.

Droped my 249.00 jose 580g cracked lens um not covered 85.00 to replace lens so much for warranty!!!!
