Works Well For Ice Fishing
I bought a bunch of these on a tip that I should use the spring ends of these spring bobbers as depth markers for tip-ups. Not only is the foam good quality so that I can salvage the end I cut off, but it's pretty easy to adjust and better than using buttons or other line markers which don't work as well. Just cut the spring end off where the foam begins and slide your tip up line into the notch.
