[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These will do the job but there is nothing to them. They are extremely thin and we were a little underwhelmed with this purchase. This is the first purchase from Columbia that we have been a little disappointed. They will work and serve their purpose but my son will definitely have to wear thick leggings under.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids wore these on our Alaskan cruise, on the deck when it was misty and on shore during our excursions. They had a base layer underneath. They never mentioned once during the days that they were uncomfortable. And when we got back to the cabin to find that our base layers were thoroughly dry, I was impressed. Also, on one of our excursions, the tour guides asked us to change into waterproof clothing before getting into the canoe. My kids ended up taking off their rain pants and putting on the tour company’s rain pants… which happened to be the same Columbia rain pants! How cool to know a tour company who uses their gear multiple times a day, day after day, was using the same rain pants we purchased for our personal use! Do consider doing up. My kids wear size 14 and we sized up to 18 so there’s space for the underneath layers. Great product.

This is one of those which stays in closet for the right time of use and goes back to closet. So far not delaminated but could be soon. Yes water resistant and comfortable. Not for rugged terrain as knees are not reinforced. Kid is comfortable in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my grandson to wear on rainy days. He plays out on the playground at recess and he stays warm and dry. The best rain gear I have ever purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter usually wears size 4T pants but the 3T of these is about the right fit for her. I like that they aren’t lined so we can customize the amount of warmth and layers underneath.
