Zippered Pocket On Right Leg!

I bought these in grey plaid around 2012, and they are some of my favorite shorts because of the zipper pocket on the right leg and the length for us tall ladies!! Bring these shorts back, please…🥰

Good Quality And Fit.

Got these pants for work and they are great. The quality is superb. I chose a size 6 in the 12 inch option and they fit just where I needed them. I included a lot of pictures for reference. I’m 5’7, and 118 lbs.

Active Fit Means Snug Fit.

Just received these shorts today. When Columbia says active fit I know to buy a size up as this means these shorts are made for the “younger” consumer. They are a snug fit for sure with lots of give in the legs and the seat but not the waist. If you are over 50 you may want to order two sizes up for a more comfortable fit. They appear well made and should hold up for any activity.

Fit Changed From Previous Years

When I purchased two new pair to replace some worn pairs I noticed the material was much better than previous years. Unfortunately the cut was also changed to a lower riser and a smaller fit in the waist. 12 too tight, yet my 10’s still fit me. Probably because they sit on the hip not the waist.

In Between Sizes

Looked at many of the reviews before I put my order in. I liked the shorts but had ordered a size 6 based on others reviews and sizes ordered. I've ordered size 8 pants and they're a bit loose so I thought I'd try a 6 this time. Well, I guess I'm between sizes because 6 was a bit tight, so I returned them. I'm familiar with the Anytime Pants so I switched my order to the Anytime Shorts size 8 and they are great!!!

Returned Too Small, Sizing Off.

Returned, too small. Bought size 4 shorts in 2022. Those shorts still fit so I know I didn't get bigger.

Saturday Trail Shorts

Overall a good short to have in your wardrobe! It’s nice it’s offered in two lengths. I ordered the 10 inseam. Works great for petite women that are looking for shorts to be just above the knees. The straight leg is beneficial for short petite legs. My only disappointment is the waist runs extremely small compared to other styles.

Not What They Used To Be.

Fabric has definitely changed recently. These are not flexible or stretchy. Instead they are stiff and scratchy. And plan on ordering a full size up from what you may have had in Columbia in the past. I am usually a 12 in Columbia. I ordered a 14. And I cannot button them. Super disappointing as these have been my go to golf shorts for years.

These run small. I normally wear an 8 or a 10. The 10s are very tight.

Cute But Way Small

SUPER SMALL! Don't trust the "size chart". Ordered "my size" according to the size chart and couldn't even get them buttoned. Will be returning

I read the reviews on sizing and I generally wear a 6 but went up to an 8 due to comments on running small and the 8 was too small … sizing has really been off with Columbia wear lately

Not What They Used To Be.

This company USED to be my company. I am brand loyal to a fault. They are losing me fast. You can't order anything without trying it on anymore. I have been so disappointed!! The sizing all over the charts. I end up keeping the stupid things that don't fit right rather then pay for the shipping back. You can't even be sure the replacement up or down will be right. I order 10, they are too big, I order 8 they are too small, I order 10, they are too small. I'm giving it one last go with these shorts. Still upset about the pants that I didn't realize the zip pocket was not sewn closed until after I had worn them a few times. The quality is definitely headed down hill. It upsets me because for 15 years, I have been brand loyal. LOVED these clothes. I would still buy if I can get my hands on them at an outlet. They are just nowhere near me sadly.
