After doing a couple months of research, I asked for this jacket for christmas 2024. Overall, I like this jacket. When I received it, it was puffy and warm. I used the jacket for a couple months and washed it for the first time in Feburary or March 2025 and followed directions on the tag (wash in cold water/tumble dry low) so I washed it on a delicate wash cycle and on a delicate dry cycle and then hung it up to dry the rest of the way. Ever since I washed this jacket, it has lost most of its fluffiness and I hesitate to wear this so I don't have to put it through the wash again. If anyone has any advice on how to reactive it's fluffiness/puffiness please share.
