[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fine, perfectly average jacket in terms of make. I bought Mineral Pink and it was much paler than I would've wanted and didn't like it. I'm 5'3" and 130lbs with 28" waist and 40" hips and bought a medium that I did return because it was tighter than I expected, especially if you want any layers underneath. Primarily though, I didn't realize it utilized velcro closures over the zipper, and it really made the jacket feel cheap and unnecessarily difficult to use. I had a trip I was leaving for 3 days after receiving this jacket, and I could not in good conscience take this with me and scrambled to find something else. Unfortunate, but #sweepstakes.

I bought this jacket 1 year ago in 1XL (5’7 and 170lb) and it ran small? There are major design flaws the main one being the pockets are not water proof. It says it’s guaranteed to keep you dry but if you can’t keep my phone in my pocket dry how am I supposed to stay dry. At first I thought it was user error so I tried zipping all the pockets and zipping the jacket to the top with the hood on and still water got into my pockets. Also the sizing ends up being a bigger issue bc the sleeves are short making your hands wet despite the large sizing, and you can’t put your hands in your pocket bc then you’re pocket is GUARANTEED to be wet. Poor design at an expensive cost and this is a million dollar corporation. You’re better off getting a more intentionally designed jacket from a better outdoor brand that caters to women. You can tell by multiple products in Colombia line functional women’s fashion is not considered. If I can’t wear this on a walk during a storm you want me to believe I could wear this on a mountain?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this rain jacket. Definitely keeps the rain off, but also keeps the cold out if you zip up and put the hood up. I have the Everblue color, which I love. It has velcro strips to tighten the wrists if you need that, and the hood has a little brim on it to keep the rain out of your face.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for traveling and the fit is excellent. I’m happy it packs away in the pocket which makes it more convient for packing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great windbreaker, but I bought it for bicycling in the rain and it is NOT waterproof.

Bought this a year ago.. while it does it job with the rain, the velcro patches by the zipper, snags my sweater or scarf every time. Bummed about that. Wish I could just remove them.

Bought a month ago and has definitely come in handy with these early fall rain showers

I bought this jacket for my trip to Wales. It rained every day but I stayed dry - this jacket sounds a little ‘crunchy’ when you get it but it was not when you wear it - it withstood the heavy rains & I remained dry!! The only problem was that the Velcro gave out on the left sleeve so I couldn’t tighten it but I will sew it closed. I would still recommend! I bought 2 sizes bigger to accommodate a sweater or sweatshirt although it was warm enough with just the Columbia PFG Tidal long sleeve shirt in 50 degree rainy weather!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it several days ago but It wasn’t like as I thought. Because previous year I bought similar with this also that coat material was so good and had a 3 pockets this is not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this exact jacket for hiking the rainforest in Alaska and I was the only one out of 8 of us who stayed totally dry underneath after hiking for two hours in constant rain. Everyone else was soaked down through 3 layers using jackets from other companies. Literally can’t recommend enough. I got a size or two larger than normal to be able to layer and to make the jacket longer for more rain protection, worked out great.

I bought this jacket in the white / flnt grey. I constantly get compliments on it due to the color.

Bought this a few weeks ago. It's noisy [as all windbreakers are], the part of the jacket where it hits my hips is a little small for me [but that's normal for me ... it's annoying but I should've known], and packing into its own hand pocket is really inadvisable IMO because of how bulky it is in there. But you can fold it down very small into a bag, and I think it looks nice [I got the color that was on sale, which matches my backpack]! I got this to lower packing bloat during trips and it's really comfy and nice :) no regrets.
