[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my Amazepuff today and it runs very large. For reference, I have the Suttle long coat in size XL and it allows enough room for thick sweaters without being too big. When I tried on the Amazepuff in size large with a sweatshirt I still had plenty of room, too much room to where the cold air most definitely would find its way in. Quality is similar to my other coat however my concern with every down filled coat is most have a nylon exterior that allows wind to move straight through. I'm hoping fabric quality will prevent that.

I had Columbia jacket just like this one one from 7 ish years ago. It’s still holding strong, but I wanted something longer for the colder winters my area has been getting. I was finally able to save and get it! I’m happy with the product. It feels like a nice hug. I stand at 4’11” so I bought this hopefully it’s go around mind calf. It fits just how I hoped. The zippers are smooth. I’m very excited to finally have this coat and am looking forward to putting it to use this upcoming season.

This year I decided to just send it and buy the longest coat I could and I am SO thankful. I was NOT cold at all! I work at a school and do bus duty occasionally but I ended up volunteering every day this winter because I had such an amazing coat!

And it’s convenient because when inside I can just slip my arms through the straps to carry it with me without keeping it on or draping it over a chair to drag on the floor.

The thumb holes are a great little detail, which gives the sleeves even more coverage, and the pockets are very deep. As in, stick your hands in all the way up to your mid forearm deep. They have a zip closure too, so no danger of things slipping out of your pocket when you sit down. The hood is nice and deep, and can easily fit over hats or sweatshirt hoods. Has just enough of a lip on it to really keep the wind out of your face on those gusty days too. Probably my favorite winter coat I’ve purchased in a long time, and worth every penny.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I currently own the Columbia Women's Apres Arson™ II Winter Long Down Jacket but needed something that went below the knee. This jacket seemed like the perfect option HOWEVER, after just two months it is falling apart. THIS IS NOT DURABLE. There are feathers coming out of the seams, it already has a small rip, and the columbia label on the sleeve is peeling. It's not like I'm hiking in this thing - I wear it daily to run errands, go to work, or go to the gym. There is no reason for this jacket to be falling apart already. I've had zero issues with the Apres Arson after YEARS of wear. The outside layer of this jacket is extremely thin. Extremely disappointed in the quality

The double zipper jams every time, I've never had a coat that stained or was harder to clean than this coat in spite of the special coating, which wore off after the first wash done as instructions required. The buttons on the hood unsnap with the slightest tension which is absurd given you have to pull it to put it on. I'm already tired and ready to throw it away and I've only been wearing it for 3 months.
