I Have This Jack From A Few Seasons Ago - It's The Best In The West And Has Been Everywhere With Me!!

I have this jacket from a few seasons ago, it has the quality of old fashioned 'windbreakers' from the past but so much better! Breathability unsurpassed. I'm ordering a replacement for my son in law who is a fire fighter in the Forest Service. On a recent detail in Alaska the crew he had gave him their team jacket they all signed it for him and he gave them him his storm jacket. He told me he will never forget those folks. I'm 71 and have given all my family one of these! Everyone should have one!

Good 3 Season Rain Jacket

I wasn't sure which raincoat I wanted initially, so I bought this jacket and the Zane Mountain. The PFG Storm Jacket seemed to fit a little closer to the body than the Zane Mountain, the latter being bigger and meant to accommodate layering I think. The material in the Zane Mountain jacket was heavier duty, and I'm sure, quite water resistant, it was more of a cool weather coat than I wanted. The PFG Storm Jacket is more suited to my need for a spring/summer/fall rain jacket. It feels extremely light on the body, and due to the net-like inner layer feels very breathable. I have worn it 3 times in moderate to light rain the past 2 weeks and remained dry and comfortable. So far, the water repelling fabric has worked, though admittedly I haven't worn it in a heavy downpour. I do recommend this jacket for those seeking a light, packable waterproof windbreaker for hiking, biking, etc. For a more substantial jacket that's a little cozier feeling with ample room for a sweater, the Zane Mountain is a good choice.

Drizzle To Down Pour

This jacket is lightweight, travels easy with the self packing pocket, looks sick, also keeps you 100% dry in the lightest rain to heavy downpours. Breathable and probably the most comfortable rain jacket I've owned to date.

Quality Rain Gear For The Northwest.

I have been putting this jacket to work in our rainy northwest part of the world. It has been through branches and bramble and held up with no tears in the fabric. I have fished 8 hour days and never felt wet or soggy. It holds up pure and simple. Would definitely buy again. Added bonus is that you can fold it into its own pocket to stow in in your bag or boat for when you need it and it doesn't take up much space.

Pfg Storm Jacket

Great lightweight rain jacket that offers good protection from the elements. Stores easily on the boat when not in use. Jacket packs into its own pocket for storage and takes up little space.

Good Jacket For The Price.

It does run a bit more large, which isn’t the worst thing when you consider layering underneath (which is the reason I got this jacket). It doesn’t breathe very well and gets a bit warm, so do consider this if you want to wear it as a year around rain jacket.

Not Even Washed Yet

The lettering is already beginning to peel off after only wearing the jacket 5 times.
