Beautiful Jacket

This is a really nice jacket. Not too bulky, but you know it'll keep them warm on those really cold winter days. My only complaint is the zipper. With such an expensive jacket, I wish they would have put on a more heavy duty zipper, or at least one with a longer zipper box. My daughter doesn't put the zipper down all of the way "user error" and half way through recess the bottom half comes undone. We were able to fix the issue, but I wish it wasn't one to begin with.

Perfect For The Elements

I bought this for a Christmas present for my granddaughter. She needed a jacket that would keep her warm in the impending weather conditions we experience out here. The jacket is made well and is insulated, which will keep her toasty.

Came late for two days and the back is not properly sewn. One side is longer than the other.

Zipper Split Twice In The First Week

The zipper split twice in the first week, I expect more from a Columbia product. I finally just took it to a local repair shop and had the zipper replaced with a better quality one, and it hasn't split since then.

Zipper Issues Right Away

Purchased this coat about 2 months ago from a retailer. We chose the coat because I have Columbia jackets and have always liked their features and they keep warm in MN winter. After just a few days of wearing this, my daughter stopped zipping her jacket because the zipper kept splitting and she would get stuck in the jacket at school. I thought it was user error, but it happens almost daily. Since the goal is to keep her warm, having an unzipped jacket just won't do. I'm not even sure I'll bother with sending in for warranty as this appears to be a common issue (per other reviews) and I don't want to replace with the same problem. This also seems to be a weird fit because she had to get an XL in order for the chest to fit, but the sleeves are long. Regardless, she needs a new jacket now and I can't wait for the warranty process. Will try a different Columbia jacket and hope for better results.

Warm Winter Coat

This is a great little warm winter coat. My daughter loves it. The only drawback is that the zipper is a little difficult for her to zip up. But she’s getting more and more used to it.
