Guys great and protects from the sun when on the field all day.
I work outside in the harsh Colorado sun and this hat is perfect to protect my face. It gets really windy here as well so I love that it has an adjustable chin strap. My head is small so I really appreciate the ability to adjust the size with an easy toggle at the back. And, the pattern is kinda funky and more fun than my straw hat 🙂

Comfortable hat, fits well with adjustable head band. Would be nice if it had a removable chin strap for when it wasn't needed.

My husband says the hat keeps him a lot cooler and his head can still breathe. The rim covers up his neck.

Bought this hat for the summer sun and have worn it multiple times already. It has been hot and sunny and this hat works great. Would definitely recommend.

I shopped several stores looking for a good sun hat that was comfortable. Many of the modern light weight hats give me a “head ache” due to the narrow pressure band created by the lack of structure and drawcord. This Columbia hat has a comfortable fit and all the benefits of being cool and light. However the minute the wind blew in my face the brim blew up eliminating any sun blocking benefits. If you are on the beach or in a boat etc your face will be exposed. Perhaps there should be two SPF ratings. One for the material and one for the design.

I bought two of these hats and one of them was defective - the white headband points downward rather than upwards and shows when you wear the hat. Even though the hat was defective, Columbia still wanted me to pay for return shipping. Not cool, Columbia. Not cool.
Sloth Zillaaaaaaaa!
The Bora Bora Printed Booney Hat is by far my favorite hat. I wear it everywhere. The woods, the beach, grocery store, anywhere! And the sweet colorful prints are what makes this very capable hat even better. Can't tell you how many compliments I have gotten. Bought one, then fell in love with the other color and whammo, I have two now lol. Love Love Love these.
