The strap design is less secure than other Chacos and feels less than supportive for rigorous hiking or long walking days. I like the color and leather texture for a slightly more formal look. Really Want To Love These But The Fit Is Off

I really really want to love these. I didn’t see the reviews until after I purchased and unfortunately I feel the rating is pretty accurate. I like the overall feel and fit of the shoe on my foot until I walk. The fit on my left foot is fine but my right tends to slide to the side after a few strides, almost as though the strap needs to be a little tighter or secure. Unable to adjust the straps as much as an original Chaco sandal. I kept the shoes because I’m determined to love them and make them work but the insecurity of the strap is frustrating. Would recommend trying on before buying, if able too.
