The plastic pieces along the sides that hold the straps gave immediate blisters. Poor design by a company I had trusted for years. They also wouldn’t take a return after :20 of wear - Chaco used to stand behind their product, no more.

I've gone through three pair of these and they all break in the same location. I don't believe they are covered under warranty either like the other Chacos I have. I will say they are very comfortable to wear around the house but very poor quality where the straps connect.

Just not the quality or comfort I’d come to expect

These are so comfortable and supportive. I wear them constantly and can even take a 2 mile walk in them. Will be ordering another pair soon.

the only reason it got a one star is because I could not leave a no star. After two weekends the straps ripped thru the sandal and were unwearable. I didn't try to warranty because I did not feel they would last either. I have had two different pairs of chacos and my wife many and their quality has gone way down over the years. Mine and my wife soles both separated within a few times of wear. Needless to say, i' m not a chaco fan despite how good they look.

Very disappointing. Never wore them outside the house yet they broke anyways - strap ripped out of where it attached to footbed. Junky compared to other Chaco products. Cheap manufactured money-grab. Better to go to a discount store and get a cheap pair of foam slides.

My husband bought a pair of these sandals last year. He generally really like them, but unfortunately after only one year of wear the sandal broke (where the strap attaches to the sandal). He was simply throwing a ball and the strap broke out of the sandal (e.g. no strenuous use). When I checked the repair services, it said that Chaco won't repair this type of sandal. It's unfortunate as we generally expect Chacos to be a long-lasting shoe.

I have purchased 2 pairs. My first pair was great. I had them for almost 4 years and they were very comfortable, easy to adjust and felt like great quality. Sadly they broke when the strap got caught on something and ripped the rubber/foam on the side.(Which I thought was reasonable for them to break at that point.) I bought another pair in 2025 and the quality and build has gone downhill a lot. I can't wear these for 30 mins without having a blister right where the strap loops in the side and extremely uncomfortable. The new ones slide a lot and will not tighten up on my feet whereas the previous ones were literally perfect in every way. I don't know what has changed but when they first came out they were perfect and now are trash.

Too small. I wear an 11.5-12 and ordered a 12 and probably should have got a 13.
Not happy
Straps that aren’t adjustable is idiotic. To not be able to adjust them to skinny feet just doesn’t make any sense.

Like a lot of other reviews, mine broke after pulling on the strap too hard. I REPAIRED with SUPER GLUE and it's held for two years now! It's a design flaw but the material bonds really well with super glue (cyanoacrylate)! Otherwise, they're great inexpensive sandals. I have nerve damage in my foot and these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever tried.

Love these shoes, I keep buying them. Great for bad knees.

Have had these almost one year. Strap on my right shoe broke when I was talking the other day. Seems this is a common issue and that the quality is poor.

This is my second pair and I love them. They’re true to size and extremely comfortable. As soon as I get home from work I throw off my work shoes and slide these on.
Keith
Very comfy and straps did not cause blisters like I had heard
