Not Happy With Just Ask Us Carhartt!!!!

I'd be happy to write a review and send a photo when Carhartt and Just Ask Us Carhartt, answer my emails of June 26, 2025 and July 31, 2025 regarding a Carhartt product problem with socks I purchased from Carhartt at the same time I ordered the Carhartt Sling Bag. Why does an organization the size of Carhartt fail to recognize and answer how I can replace the defective Carhartt product. It would appear to an easy solution which is to send me one pair of socks to replace the one defective pair I have in the three-pack I purchased from your store in Detroit. Sincerely, Joel Hoffman
