Amazing For Kids Who Waller On The Ground
Absolutely love these. We live in the PNW where it rains all the time and these are put over his clothes to go play soccer several times a week. It keeps him dry regardless of how many times he ends up on the ground. My 4 year old loves these.

No where on rhe listing did ir say anything about them being loose fit. They are huge! Bought my daughter a size 8 and she could fit her whole body in one pant leg.
