Loved it --- great purchase! Recommend it highly -- easy to attach to roof.

Made it all the way to Florida from PA with no problems. The one zipper kept coming open but that was the only downfall.

We bought this as a last minute purchase to help with getting all our stuff into/onto one vehicle for a 12-hour college move-in drive. It was great!

I bought this as a last minute replacement to transport my son to college. It was easy to attach and load and kept everything safe and dry.

Moving my daughter out of her college apartment was a challenge with accumulation of lots of memories. With my SUV packed I needed more storage to bring her belongings home, and the CargoLoc did the trick. Thanks to Dick's for having everything I need.

It worked well and strapped in fine. Was a chore doing all eight straps.

after strapping this cargo carrier to the roof for the first use ...one of the clips broke. they are made of cheap plastic.

Traveled across country with it and it kept everything we packed perfectly in tact.

We bought it for a road trip and it barely lasted through it! I don’t recommend it for long trips

We bought this for a 2100mile road trip. Halfway through the coating had failed and chipped off in places. I suspect it was because it was winter. We weren't in and out of it a lot, just half way through the trip to unload, and reload. The waterproofing was gone. By the time we made it home after 2100 miles, its looked more like panty hose and was see through. It went straight into the trash.

I bought this to make extra room for my sons baseball trip. It worked well to fit all his gear in our car without spending a lot on a carrier

I bought this roof bag the night we were going out of town. We drove 18 hours and experienced heavy rain. The bag stayed in place with the straps provided even though the straps feel a little stiff, they were still strong and flexible. Everything was dry upon arrival. On our drive back everything inside was damp from heavy rain but I think the flap that covers the zipper was flipped up. It should be ok as long as you don’t overstuff the bag and you’re careful about covering the zipper all the way around, you’ll be fine. If you have an option to get 20+cu, get the larger one. Everyone said these were huge and while our stuff fit, I could’ve used a roomier bag to eliminate extra inside cargo. This is for a one week trip for two adults and four children.

The product looked great on the box but experienced lots of wear and tear on a 2 day 18hr trip. Several tears and holes after the trip.

I bought this a couple weeks ago for a 2 hour road trip. It rained about 30-45 minutes of the drive. When we unloaded, most of our clothes were wet.
