I've been using this line for years, I started running 20 lb shark weights but the line comes up so fast it doesn't lay nice and bunches up. I added snubbers, still had cable trouble. Switched to another popular brand but had same trouble. Called dealer, he said many are now adding a 2nd metal mechanism to the boom to help stop this cable crossing issue in the newer cannons. I wish I could just slow the retreival speed I think that would help.
