Amazing Smoker, Easy To Assemble

This thing is amazing. With the 3D assembly instructions and perfect alignment of all screws it was the best and easiest assembly project I’ve completed. Well done.

Replaced My Traeger Pro 575

I am loving this pellet smoker so far. I've been putting it through its paces and everything I put on it has been awesome. The smoke box is a game changer and makes the smoker perfect for someone like me who likes to tinker and make adjustments as they cook. It's also nice to know that I can just use the regular smoke settings and not have to mess with anything if I am pressed for time. I would recommend this model for anyone looking to buy a new pellet smoker.

Don't Use The Shipping Option

The shipping option has been a total cluster. Provided a delivery date that was 2 plus weeks out, which I assumed was kind of a safety date. That came and went and I still had not even been contacted. P.L. took no accountability for this...saying "these things take a few weeks", and "You can contact the shipper, we use a third party and don't have access to their information" . What? You are the seller of the product!! Shouldn't have to make 3 phone calls to prompt delivery of the product. Still haven't received it, fingers crossed, but buy from store or forget it in my experience, and hope you get the product while it's still grilling season!! Ohio to Illinois BTW, not coast to coast
