This Hydration Bladder Sucks

I've looked at all kinds of instructions for CamelBak hydration bladders to figure out how to use it properly. I simply cannot get the straw to work, nor the product to stop LEAKING!!! The straps are practically a joke. DO NOT BUY!!!
