This bottle does a good job of keeping water cold. Depending on the outside temp it seems to keep ice for over an hour. I wish there was a gasket where the top of the bottle meets the cap. If the cap is not very tight it will drip when squeezed

Awesome bottle, does exactly what it's supposed to. I like that I can lock the cap to prevent accidentally squeezing the contents out of the bottle. The dust cap works wonderfully as the trails are dusty and I don't want to be drinking dirt. The bottle does a good job insulating, because I like ice cold water. Keep it mind it's not a vacuum insulated metal bottle, but it does well. If I fill it with ice, then water it will last at least 4-6 hours in 80ish degree weather before the ice completely melts.

Overly complex, leaves a full swallow of liquid in the bottle. That can only be obtained by removing the lid. Lid leaks when squeezed rapidly. Lost the dust cover on 1 bottle. And after 100 miles of riding I still haven't found a use for the locking mechanism.

I have no idea what these ppl are talking about with their complaints of not being able to actuate the valve or disassemble it for cleaning. Seriously. I'm only writing this review because I was irritated by how bad some ppl made it sound when it really is the best bottle I've ever used and it took me about 30 seconds to figure out how to take it apart.
