Could Be Better If Padding Is Removable

I have bought this top in the black and red brown. I love the look of the top and the length and style are perfect. It does run true to size in my opinion. However, the fit is horrible. I t does have weird bumps where the padding is. The padding on this top is sewn on. You can go without a bra and I feel as if the bumps go away however if you are don't have a lot up top then the fit is weird.
