I have been in search of a new basic black bottom and this was exactly what I've been looking for. I have another black calia bottom that has the "high band" top that sits midrise that I love. I still wear it, but it was getting looser after a couple years- so either I lost weight or it was just natural wear but they're still great. Ive always been impressed w the longevity of calia suits in comparison to other brands I have bought. Just wanted a new style. I ended up getting a small. I'm 5'7 and 135lbs. They sat just as I liked as well on my hips/waist.
