Great Multi Purpose Shoe

Finally back in the Glycerin for my daily running shoe after about 18 months of using another brand. I loved the Glycerin 19, had several pair of Glycerin 20’s, but did not like the fit of the 21’s. I did buy the 22’s but only wore them as a daily shoe and not for running as the to box was still not good for me and the shoe felt bulky for running IMO. I absolutely love the Glycerin 23’s. I have around 19 running miles and around 10 walking miles on them in the last 8 days. Shoes performed well running and walking on both streets & the treadmill. They even did fine for my regular lifting routine. I was surprised that they didn’t require a break-in period. They fit my foot much like the 20’s but with a more comfy, cushy feel overall. I will be buying a second pair to be my daily casual shoe. While I don’t wear a narrow width shoe, my foot is pretty narrow. You may need to size up of you have an average or above average foot width.

Glycerin Only!

I only wear the glycerin. I really like this new look and they have the same great feel! I train and run marathons in these shoes. I buy a full size bigger than my regular shoe size.

Would Recommend!

Good shoes! Didn’t even need to take a few runs to break them in. They support my foot and ankle in a way that doesn’t disturb my knee and hip. They match with everything too!

Preferred The 22

Glycerin has always been my go to but I didn’t find the 23 version as comfortable as past versions. I upgraded to the GTS for the 23

Almost Perfect, Toe Box Shape Has Changed?

I loved the glycerin 21s, so once they started to wear out I thought I’d try the 23s. This was so close to a perfect replacement. The shoe is really comfortable for the most part, however the toe box feels shorter and narrower than the 21s. I tried a few runs in them and ended up sending them back. The new toe box shape hurt my feet. I have a narrow-medium foot usually so I was surprised. I may try a half size up but I’m concerned it won’t fix the more narrow space.

Purchased per suggestion from a work colleague but probably needed to size up as my toes were in excruciating pain after wearing for 1 day. Although the toe box was wide enough, I mistakenly purchased the wrong size. Additionally, they were just "OK" regarding comfort level.

Balanced Cushion

35 year old mom of 4 getting back into running after a (very long) hiatus and I love these shoes! I am very picky about toe box size and ability to splay well and these are great, even in the medium width! They feel cushy while running but I still get some feedback from the road. A good balance in my opinion so far!

Happy Feet.

This is my 6th pair of Brooks Glycerin. Love them. Always feels like heaven right from the start, no “breaking in” period like with some other brands.

True to size. Feels a bit more responsive than Glycerin 22 but in the meantime the cloud feel cushioning is still there! Put a smile on every steps forward!

Have always loved Brooks, especially Ghost but there are wonderful. I never need to break them in and they fit perfectly and are so comfortable!

Support And Comfort

I love these sneakers! I am not a runner but am a speed walker and they provide the support and comfort that I need. My only wish is that the smaller sizes (size 5) were more readily available.
