Great For Trails And For Golf

I bought these for walking trails but mostly for playing golf. I have bad feet, multiple problems and need comfort and stability. Womens golf shoes are horrible. I can’t tell you how many I’ve tried and they are all horrible. Since most of them don’t have spikes any more I gave up and tried these. For several years I used the brooks cascadia. But the one I tried this time was uncomfortable, probably more my foot issues. then I saw you had a Ghost trail version. I love it. Offers this stability and cushion I need. thank you.

Ghost Trail: A Must For Trail Walking

I have always bought two different pair of traditional Ghost at a time and rotate between them. I barely gave the Ghost Trail a look, because I didn't think I needed that extra grip. This year, I decided to make this pair my third pair in rotation--and I am so glad I did. I am no longer a runner, but do a hike on a local trail with the dog daily. I noticed the additional grip and stability the very first day--I choose the Ghost Trail over the standard Ghost every day for hikes!

Perfect Blend Of Cushion & Response

I’m a Books girlie through and through. And while I love the cushion of the Glycerin line, I need something a little more firm for running because of my pronation. (Ankles roll in slightly which can cause over stretched muscles and knee pain.) Whether it’s a quick three-miler or standing and walking at work 9-5, these are my current go-to. The colors are fun, but not overly obnoxious and they have a great grip which is a top feature for me being as it’s Florida in July… aka RAINY SEASON… so the pavement is always wet and it could flat out rain (and has) at any given point during my runs.

Light Weight

I ordered these trail shoes for a recent trip to Acadia National Park and they did not disappoint. They were light weight compared to most hiking shoes and I didn’t slip on any of our hikes. I highly recommend these trail shoes!

My Forever Shoe

Absolutely love this shoe! First off, never even knew trail running shoes were a thing. These are the only ones that haven’t made my joints hurt. They’ve been comfortably allowing me to train on my rocky dirt road without any issues. It’s an added bonus that they’re adorable. I do wish there were options for arch support.

Dirt Roads

I typically run in ghost on paved paths & roads, but live on dirt roads. I bought the ghost trail for this very reason. I like that they come in a natural color so I can't tell when they are dirty. They are just as comfortable as my other ghost pairs I own!

Great For Hiking

These shoes are great when walking the trails. I wore them at a national park and also at Monument Valley. I had zero issues and the shoes were very comfortable. I would buy again if I needed another pair!!
