Flawed Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes seem designed to force the foot into an unnatural and awkward gait. The outer heel is noticeably more elevated, creating the sensation that I am walking on the sides of my heels rather than on a stable, level surface. They feel inherently unstable, and I can only imagine how uncomfortable and impractical they would be for running. The heels are also unnecessarily high, a trend I have noticed in many newer shoe models. This excessive elevation compromises stability and makes the overall design difficult to justify. Frankly, the design makes little sense. Brooks seems to be imitating its competitors rather than building on the distinctive qualities that once set the brand apart. I wish the company would return to its original design philosophy and focus on what made its shoes unique, rather than following industry trends that may compromise comfort and stability.

Glycerin Flex Offers Light Feel, Great Fit For A Fair Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabulous shoe. Light as a feather. I feel like I am floating in air when walking in the Glycerin Flex. Not confident I can pull hard on the heel loop as the sides along ankles is higher than normal and feels like tight fit until I am settled into the shoe. Then if feels great!

Very Uncomfortable!!!

I’ve owned at least 15 pair of Brooks and these are the most uncomfortable shoe I’ve worn. Purchased these about a month or so ago. Wore them one day and couldn’t make it all day without switching to another pair. Gabe then a second try and by mid day my feet were killing me. Waste of money

Can’t Take Them Off!

Seemed like a bit of a gimmick, but once i wore them for about ten minutes, i just didn’t want to take them off. There is some weird magic going on with these shoes. They are way more responsive and way more comfy than you think when you first put them on. Very very breathable, so not a winter shoe. They feel like you don’t have shoes on, but they cushion really well, esp considering i am a heavier runner.

Fantastic Shoe

I’ve been using this shoe as my gym/workout shoe as it’s very comfortable and lightweight but more importantly it allows me more flexibility in my weight training. Using the second pair for outdoor walks and runs. Love it!

New Flex Shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable. Runs true to size. I’ve been using the shoe for 5k and 10k runs. No break in time, from the box to the road. The white looks so good you may save the shoe for casual wear.
