Ghost Trail 11.5 Mens 2e

Came out of a Cascadia 18, which I loved. Was looking at the new Cascadia 19, then saw the Ghost Trail, went back and forth, and finally opted for the Ghost Trail, nice shoe, cushioning is excellent as is the fit, Brooks in a 2E fits me perfectly. The only change I would make would be to have the semi-fixed tongue like the Cascadia. I use them mainly for walking my dog on mixed surfaces

Great Light Trail Shoe

My son was looking for a light trail shoe with sufficient traction for climbing hills and keeping him secure on slippery running surfaces. He was using the Brooks Cascadia previously and he likes these because of the lighter weight.

Comfortable

Good support without rigidity. My teenage kids approved the look of them.

Great Shoes

Very comfortable and lightweight. These work well on all types of surfaces and do not make my feet hot in warm weather. I also like all of the colors. The arch support is very good too.

Good Shoe, Get It If...

I purchased the wide version; it still has a little bit of a taper in the toe box. Nevertheless, the shoe feels awesome, except for the fact it encourages me to pronate & I already overpronate. I couldn't find an insole to compensate for the pronated posture of the shoe. Very sad because I really like the shoe. Also, is it possible for the wide to come in a color other than gray? I recommend this shoe to anyone who doesn't have pronation issues.

Brooks Men's Ghost Trail Running

I bought these over a month ago and very disatisfied. Very uncomfortable compared to other Brooks Brand Sneakers.

Looking To Get Into Trail Running…

I started running single track in the northern Utah mountains this season. The new Ghost Trail was a replacement for my Adrenaline GTS 24’s. This was an upgrade in both traction and comfort. More confident in descents and plenty of traction while climbing dusty/boulder trails. For someone looking to add a few trail days to your regular road runs, this one is worth having a look at. Very Comfortable For Walking!

My wife and i walk on an asphalt surface about 2.5 miles every day. I bought these about two weeks ago. Very comfortable and great support. I hope they hold up! I like them alot.
