Trendy Sole Ruins The Shoe

Once again Brooks tries to be trendy and once again Brooks ruins a once terrific shoe. You made the sole wider, which means the overall shoe is wider and a less comfortable fit. I always fit perfectly in the Beast, but now I have to tighten the shoes to the point that it's uncomfortable and the ride is off. And all to be trendy with a wider sole. You're turning in Nike with the focus on trendy additions rather than quality. It's a shame. I've loved Brooks for years. I'm now stocking up on old versions of the Beast. Just be yourselves! Don't worry about trends! They go away. Quality stays forever!

Toes Too Tight

I had to send both pair of shoes back. I started with the 2E, then returned them for the 4E. Neither had enough room around the toes. Too bad. I was really looking forward to the new shoes.

Not Great For The High Price

These are not very cushy at all. My heels are in pain as well from the lack of cushion

Great Support

Love these. I have had probably 8 pair of these. My orthotics fit and great for flat feet.

Beast Review

Haven’t wore them enough yet to give an accurate assessment. However they do appear to be very comfortable and equally supportive to glycerin GTS which I normally have due to my flat feet. I also like the style and color which goes well with many casual athletic outfits.

Perfecto in every way. I will purchase another pair. 1-size fit perfect, 2-Ankle support, more than ample, 3-Look, Cool.

The Beast Are A Great Fit & Extremely Comfortable

The new Brooks beast 26 are extremely comfortable, definitely much more than the previous model especially around the heal. The cushioning and lightness are great. The previous version of beast did not have very good durability, so I'm hoping the new 26 version do. The stability of brooks far exceeds other brands, I've been recommended and tried as per podiatrist advice. The traction is great on wet and incline or uneven surfaces which I absolutely need due to instability especially when walking the dogs. I've always used brooks shoes except for a short period of another brand but came back to brooks for its superior stability, the extra wide fit and the style and colour - which shouldn't be important but are!

Low Quality

Plenty of cushion at the back and mid foot front of the shoe, very uncomfortable very little padding towards the front. I’ve been wearing books for 15 years nothing but pure comfort, but not with this model. Very disappointed.

Best Beast Yet

I have been wearing Beast for many years and feel these are the best ones yet. They have a wide foundation that adds stability. I have had people at the gym make comments admiring their look. I do wear orthotics inside them due to my extremely flat feet. My foot doctor highly recommends them to correct my pronation. I just wish they also made this shoe (extra wide) in the peacock blue.

Confidence In A Shoe

I’ve been wearing Brooks Beast shoes for more than 15 years and have lost count of how many pairs I’ve owned. They consistently provide excellent support, keeping my pronation in check while I cover my weekly kilometres. After recently researching and trying numerous brands and models, I found myself coming back to the Beast. Nothing else gave me the same level of confidence, comfort, and stability.

Love Hate Relationship

These are a stable shoe for sure. They dropped the toe on this model which I don't like. I use them for walking and everyday use. I find that they do make my toes sore after a long day the 24 Beasts did not.

Good comfort, size was perfect and beautiful style.

Best Beasts Yet

It is always a challenging question to buy the latest pair or take the last years model. As I am not a high mileage wearer, they last me longer than most but the 26 model is by far the most supportive and comfortable one yet. Takes the jolts out of pounding the footpath and keeps feet, ankles and legs squared to back it up the following session. For me, it is Beasts or I don't go. The Beast 2026 are simply better than all of the prior pairs that I have loved and worn.
