For fire pits or accessories damaged in shipping, please contact the Breeo customer service team with photos and information at contact@breeollc.com. A team member will review and offer a credit or replacement based on the extent of the damage.Breeo guarantees that your fire pit won’t rust through or burn through for up to 3 years after your purchase. If your product is covered by this warranty, Breeo will repair or replace your product with a new one free of charge. If your product has been discontinued, you’ll receive a replacement of equal or lesser value.You’ll also want to note that the patina on the Corten fire pits is a natural iron oxide surface coating and is not covered by this warranty. There’s no warranty on material finishes, as some of the materials used may form natural signs of aging
