Makes Grilling Much Easier

This accessory actually makes grilling in the Breeo almost as easy as my grill. The ability to see the air temp right on the lid makes on the fly adjustments much easier and allows me to maintain even temperatures. Sure, you could accomplish almost the same thing with a used kettle lid, but then you won’t get the sweet hinged cover design, which makes turning and checking food much easier

I did t expect it to be this easy to make INCREDIBLE pizza! I had no experience with any other pizza oven of any type, and was a bit concerned there might be a steep learning curve. NOPE! I brought the stone and dome temp up to temp, put the pizza on and was soon eating the best pizza I ever had anywhere! ON OUR FIRST TRY! My only regret is positioning the dome door on the downwind side of the pit, as it made getting the pizzas in and out a bit warm! The long handle of the Breeo pizza peel helped here though. This addition has been the highlight of owning the X30 fire pit!

Test Flight Was Awesome!

We cheated on “pizza” and used store-bought naan. Delicious! I’m looking forward to playing with grill height and temp and then making legit pizza dough. Very impressed.

What a joy to have the Grill Dome. It is simple to set up and to use. You get instant temperature readings on the built-in thermometer and very useful in controlling the cooking temperature. The pizza stone is definitely a value added plus!! The pizza came out great!! Bravo to Breeo for this great accessory to the firepit.

Best Pizza Ever!

I can’t believe how well pizza turns out on this. We followed directions and made sure the stone was nice and hot before we placed the pizza on it and used good amount of cornmeal. We also bought a peel which made it so easy to transfer. Delicious. Loved our Breeo before but this took it up a level.

Was waiting for Breeo to come out with this for a long time. Used another lid for awhile until I got this one. Much better quality, and convenience with thermometer and being able to open half at a time. It’s a must have for cooking!!
