I use this when I go to the beach while wearing flip flops and my sneakers when I going running to prevent blisters from walking so much . Haven’t gotten any blisters since I have been using this the past 2 years

Happy With Purchase
Happy with my purchase. Works as expected. I never have any hotspots hiking long distance (10-20+ miles) when I use this along with liner socks. An extra one and small for toes is always nice.

Use For Heels Or Running
I use this when I wear heels and when I go. On runs , they help me avoid blisters in prolonged times in both scenarios . Would recommend doesn’t leave greasy skin like Vaseline would

Soccer Feet Have No More Blisters!
Toe skin kept on peeling off after games, so I took a rest for a week, let the skin heal, and then applied these after the toe skin completely healed. No more blisters/peeled skin! Should have bought it sooner.
