Great Boots, Poor Execution
The boots are great. The transaction was poor. I ordered a 9.5, they delivered an 8.5. You have no option for exchange, only return, which means I have to not only spend the time and effort to send your mis-sent product back, but have to repurchase. I may, but it will be through a different provider. This was disappointing, as I have purchased through Dick's online store before, usually without problem.
