Switching to the Blackstone griddle completely transformed my outdoor cooking routine. The heat control across the burners is impressively even, making it effortless to sear steaks at high heat on one side while gently caramelizing onions or warm buns on the other. Having that much flat-top surface area means cooking entire meals all at once—from full breakfast spreads of bacon, eggs, and pancakes to smash burgers and stir-fry for a crowd—without juggling multiple pans or running back and forth to the kitchen.
