Perfect For Portability

I like the size and portability of this Blackstone and is very versatile in its use, if your at home or camping it works great. Two things I’m not a huge fan of is the igniting system. You have to let the propane run for quite some time to get it to ignite. Which leads to a big puff of flame at start. Second it’s not the most even heat, a thicker griddle would probably help disperse heat more evenly. Still cooks food and enjoy it, just a couple things I’m not a big fan of.
