My Grandfather Has Used This Every Winter For Over A Decade

Got this for my grandfather in his sixties, he was complaining about not being able to bike in the winter. He is a recreational cyclist. He's been using this thing every winter ever since and just turned 80, says it's still working great and he loves it.

Ideal But Not For Me

I was so exicited to get home and unbox this beauty until I put the bike on there and it didn’t fit. The clamps were not tight enough to keep the bike steady so I had to return it

Trainer Assembled Wrong

This is what the trainer looks like out of box. The rods that hold the bike together are on the wrong sides! The instructions says they should be switched. The trainer is not meant to be taken apart in the way I need to get it fixed. What a joke.

Broken

I tried to put it together but I couldnt. One of the parts was broken.

I just started using this item. It was very easy to setup. When in use, it does have a slight humm.

Used Not New!!

I ordered this on line 7/23/20 and received it on 7/27 damaged. The box looked as if it had been repackaged. This was not a new item, it was used and damaged. I returned it the same night on 7/27.We did set it up briefly to see if we might reorder, It was very noisy,so we won't reorder.

Came With Broken Parts

Got tots home and was so excited to set it up, but it came broken broken. They had no more in stock so we had to return. Makes me question the quality in general of this item.

This Has Nothing To Do With The Trainer...more With Dicks'

I bought this - it arrived in shambles - obviously used. The trainer was marked, with parts missing/broken. This is a major fail on Dick's part - especially when we are "trying to limit our time outside". I had to wait outside to return this...major fail.

Works Great!!

I bought this a couple weeks ago and have been using it daily. It's great because I can ride during the work day, during my break and I never have to leave the house. I already had the bicycle and it takes up very little space. It's easy to take the bike off, too, so I can go for a ride outside on the weekends. Great purchase! Only con - the knob to take off the bike is pretty flimsy plastic and it broke right away. It doesn't stop me from taking the bike off (still easy) and it's not a deal breaker, so I'm satisfied.
