I ordered these after I tried them on in store, about 1 week into wearing them I cannot seem to break them in, I take them to store and tried to return them with very little wear and the guy tells me that they’re not returnable. I proceeded to tell him I would just like in store refund so I can get another pair of shoes or sandals, he still refused. They are not comfortable and I’m not too happy with how I got treated as I felt he thought I just wanted money , which was not the case at all because it was through my dicks credit card. I do not recommend getting them through dicks and if you do get them , go to browns or straight to Birkenstock website. I am now stuck with them and they hurt my feet and very awkward to walk in them.

I Nearly Love Them

I had to get a full size larger than my normal to get the supports to fit my toes. That resulted in having to latch the straps in the last hole, leaving no place to go if the leather stretches with time. After a bit of adjusting time, they are comfortable and I enjoy wearing them.
