Love the versatility and it kept me nice and warm camping in the snow. I love how it attaches to the sleeping pad and has a pocket for a pillow. Everything stayed together. I tend to be cold so I wouldn't take it camping in temps below about 20 degrees.

Very comfortable. Only had time to use it once. Slept great used outer bag as a quilt for mid day nap.

Warm, Flexible, Quiet.

The sleeping bag material is whisper quiet, unlike other bags that make a lot of noise when tossing and turning. Kept me warm when the temps hit 14 degrees Fahrenheit on a recent backcountry adventure. Good for cold sleepers.

Rated 4/5 as it does not fit well with all camping pads - tend to lose some foot box room. works well as separates or together with the outside functioning as a quilt. Great for our small dog to climb into on colder nights without letting my heat escape and still keep him warm while backpacking. does take up more room than other bags but this is expected with the 3N1 style.

Works Great!

I loved using this sleeping bag. I usually run pretty warm through the night so I liked having different options. Having the sleep pad attachment and pillow slot was a game changer. I filled the pillow spot with clothes and that worked great. It's very light weight and was easy to pack once I put it in a compression sack. My biggest complaint is mine came in with an awful smell, almost smells like a dog kennel. Even after washing it, it smells awful.

Spacious And Cozy!

Reports in that the bag was very comfortable. After initial shake out and lay, it was evenly dispersed fill and no cold pockets. Material is very nice on the skin. Stuff sacks never seem to be big enough, no matter what they're for. It's most likely my inpatients and not letting all the air escape.

Great Sleeping Bag!

Big backcountry hike into the alpine. Had to take my socks off in the middle of the night because I was too warm (slept in shorts and a sweater). Frost on the ground in the morning! Lots of room (my 30lb puppy slept in my bag with me) and the webbing that secures my bag to my mat works incredibly well! Nothing to complain about.

Perfect Fit

Quality and capability of the sleep system. Kept my daughter warm while on a multi day raft trip. The pad pocket kept everything together.

I have been using this item for summer camping. I like that you can use the modular functions of this bag for many weather conditions. I used just the big bag, without the side sleeper bag, and appreciated how roomy it is. However, if you do not have a warm/insulated sleeping pad it is hard to keep heat. Also, the zippers catch, but I found that if you just go slower and maintain some tautness to the bag it isn't a huge issue. I love that I stay on top of my sleeping pad and that my pillow doesn't fall off because of the cinch system!

Sleeping Bag For All Occasions

This bag is versatile and lightweight. Great for the coldest of cold nights but also great for warm nights. The versatility of this bag makes it a go to camping item for me

This Sleep System Is Perfect For The Northwest

The versatility of this system is unmatched. I use this bag for tent camping along with in the bed of the truck. The ease of set up with the drawstring to hold the pad in place and stow pocket for the pillow makes for a simple and fast way to make the bed. Packability is quite good as well. I would suggest getting a cinch sack if on a backpacking voyage. All in all, very happy with this sleep system.

Loved the sleeping bag and set up but it had a few major problems. The bag is light weight, comfy, and very warm even up here in Alaska. However, the first night the mummy bag zipper broke, fortunately since the bag was so warm I did ok. Also, the outer bag is pretty thin on the bottom. I didn't bring a sleeping pad since I was on the tundra but the ground got chilly without a pad for insulation. Overall, I'm definitely going to keep using it but have to be careful with the zipper and always bring a sleeping pad.

Almost Perfect

The fact you can layer on cold nights and remove on warm nights makes you this the most versatile sleep system. Really like the system. It makes since to get the thermal value out of the mattress and not the bottom of the sleeping bag.

I’m Always Cold…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] But not in this sleeping bag! The versatility is in the name and this bag does everything it says it will. Being able to use one bag in so many temperatures is great, and it still packs down small enough for backpacking!

I love the versatility. The bag combo is warm, and the pillow holder and pad straps kept everything in place. I ordered the Roxy Ann for my wife, and the Lost Ranger for myself. For some reason the stuff sack on the Roxy Ann is bigger, even though the bag is almost the same size. That will make is a little bigger when backpacking. But the functionality outweighs the con.
