Nice For Car Camping, But⊦
I took this on a 2 week car camping trip to set up instead of stringing tarps for the rain. It's a nice size to sit under and cook under, though I didn't get the walls so rain does come in the edges.
It wasn't fun to set up. It needs to be staked out first, sort of like arranging spaghetti with the straps, then you wrestle with the big poles - I don't know why this was so difficult! Once up it can freestand. One of the pole sections bent into the curve and is impossible to straighten - surprising considering how burly the poles are.
So, I like it don't love it. I'll take along a little siltarp next time to make a wall on one side.

Sage Canyon Shlter
Very small for transport compared to other shelters. We use it for multi-day float trips. Despite its small size, put off a good amount of shade. Would recommend for a couple.
