comfortable enough. great barrier from 30°f weather in yellowstone. used a handful of times and still holding air and useable.

My only real complaint about this was width of the mat (but that was something I knowingly chose to try out). It is pretty fast and simple to set up and put away. It has just enough thickness to help keep you off some of the smaller pokey things on the ground. The insulation does make a difference especially depending on the bag/blanket you sleep in. It's a good mat if you want to try this kind of product out.

I bought two of the Hinman (WIDE, LONG) for my Thule M Approach RTT. They fit perfectly! I took my rig tent camping this past weekend and set up the pads for the first time. I slept just as well as I do when I'm in my bed at home, and I have BA and the Hinman mattress pads to thank. My two favorite features: they are self inflating and you can adjust firmness by adding or releasing air without feeling like your'e on deflated air mattress. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their sleeping system to maximize comfort and warmth.

This sleeping mat is so comfortable. I am not your average backpacker/hiker. I am a big girl (5'6" and 280ish lbs), so it is difficult for me to find a comfortable/durable sleeping mat. That being said, this mat blew my mind! It is SO COMFORTABLE!!! I got the longer one because I am a belly sleeper and I like to stretch my arms out. This is the perfect size! th material is warm, and when it's blown up, it's squishy and all-around phenomenal comfort-wise. I have a mini portable inflatable/deflatable pump that I used to blow it up and deflate it. Without the pump, inflating would take forever, and deflating it would also be a pain, that is the only thing that I would say needs improvement, but that's easily fixed with a portable inf/def pump. Regardless, I still give this a 5-star review for comfort and warmth.

This sleeping pad is heavenly. My wife and I had the wide 72" pad and I also came back to upgrade to the smaller size. It isn't the most packable pad in the world but that is what you get with the added insulation. If you are wanting to have a comfy night sleep on an air pad while camping, this is the move!

I have used this camping once and on a road trip to sleep in the back of my car. Super comfortable and easy to inflate with a pump or just your mouth. Held air well and super easy to roll back up. Comes with velco straps which are better than strings but still not ideal for me.

Comfortable. It takes a while to inflate. Suggest getting a small handheld inflator or being more patient than me.

Bought for fall-winter camping. Works great as an under-pad layer to add additional comfort and warmth on cold nights or as a standalone with sleeping bag.
I am a big fan of the Hinman, for car camping its perfect for backpacking I'd get something a little smaller. Its very warm, if you want it to be a little bit more soft blow it up just a couple more times by mouth after it fills up. I will say i wasn't expecting how long it would take to blow up but if you unfold it right after you make camp and hangout for 30-ish minutes its not a big deal.

Have used this camping and as an extra mat for visitors at home. It's worked great for both!

This surprised me with how comfortable it was for how loght it is. I do wish that I would have bought the wider one, this was a bit narrow for me.
We've been using the double mattress for 2 years in a roof top tent, and occasionally as a guest mattress in the house. It fits perfect in the tent and is by far the most comfortable camping mattress we have ever used. It is thin but offers great support and you can add or remove air to find your sweet spot. We like that it doesn't transfer movement to the other person as much as other air mattresses.

Comfortable, but honestly for the size I'd prefer a little more cushion

I use this pad for my truck bed set-up and it fits the width and length requirements perfectly. This, paired with the fact that it is also comfortable makes this a must have. As a big guy at 6'3" 340+ lbs and a side sleeper I do add another layer on top of this for more cushioning but anyone lighter might find this to be adequate by itself.
