Great Quilt For Summer Backpacking

This is a great quilt for summer camping or backpacking. The thing weighs basically nothing, packs down super small, and is comfortable and cozy. I love the footbox and the fact that you can pretty much use it as a sleeping bag for colder nights if needed, but then you can fully open it up otherwise and use it as a blanket at camp. Rated down to 50F which I think is pretty fair, I’ve used it at that limit and got a little bit cold where I woke up and zipped it up but I also wasn’t sleeping in any layers so I’m sure if you wear base layers/pants/warmer clothing you’d probably be fine 50-55F. Sweet spot for comfort is definitely 60+ though, it’s a good general rule of thumb to bring a bag rated slightly below the temp you’ll be sleeping at.

Solid Ultralight Bag

I’ve spent about 30 nights in this from the back of a van, to roof top tent, AK cabins, and tents. Very comfy down to about 40 degrees. Packs well. I love the foot well, keeps my feet toasty while I can move the upper portion on and off for hotter nights. I’m 6’3” and got the long. Fits me well. I usually use it unzipped. I also tried it with a puffy for a couple colder nights and that was very good too. Highly recommend.

Haven’t used it yet but it’s everything i was looking for! Lightweight, low volume, and a warm enough blanket for for spring, summer, and some of fall

Perfect Minimalist Quilt

Love this thing. Packs down small, and is perfect for overnights in warm weather.

Great Design But Not Enough Down Fill

I love the idea of this quilt. I'm a hot sleeper and I hate mummy bags and always zip them fully open, so I thought this would be a perfect solution. The design is great! The one flaw is pretty major though - there is hardly any down in the baffles, so even fully zipped the quilt has about as much warmth as a sheet. Why not increase the loft/down content to make the quilt more versatile for both warm and chilly nights?

Lightweight and versatile. I used this for a bike packing trip and loved the ability to either use like a sleeping bag or a blanket.

Extremely Fragile

If you sleep entirely still you will be fine, if not you may not enjoy this. It’s an extremely fragile system. Had to return it due to zipper failures and fabric tear after one use.

Excellent For Backcountry Hut Trips

I love the flexibility in being able to use the quilt as a conventional blanket or as a sleeping bag. Teaming it with my big Agnes MORENO wool sleeping bag liner provides tremendous versatility in a relatively tiny package perfect for Alpine touring hut trips where space is at a premium.

Bdr Ready

First quilt I've ever used, and it was phenomenal. paired with a UL 2 bikepacking tent, and a divide sleeping pad, I was able to pack my whole shelter and sleep system into a single 12 liter kreiga bag. That fit really made the ride, and when it came time to sleep, it was warm and comfortable. I was a big fan in the foot box for keeping it on me. I can't really think of anything negative to say about it, for how warm and soft it was for packing down so small (you can get it roughly the size of a softball with a compression sack, and that was with my camping pillow stuck in there too) it's absolutely worth the price. If you need to pack super small, this is going to work beautifully for you.

Great Product

Was looking for a quilt to supplement my sleep system for motocamping and simply love this quilt. In the spring and summer it is perfect standalone. and finding it pairs well in the fall with a bag liner. Packs down very small, super cozy, and love the footbox feature. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome Quilt

Super light weight and perfect for UL summer backpacking trips. I used this on a 3 night trip with temps down into the high 40s and I was perfectly comfortable. I wouldn't take it on trips much colder, but can also be layered by more experienced backpackers. Beginner friendly on warm weather trips, experts recommend adding layers if using in colder environments. Recommend a high r value pad if using in colder temps.
