Must Have

The footprint is easy to backpack with..makes camp a little more neat in the one person tent. It's a must have if you plan on using the vestibule for gear storage while backpacking.

This footprint provides ample space under tent door to store items that you may not want inside the tent - shoes, extra bike bags, etc. This footprint successfully kept the bottom of the tent dry during a light rain shower - haven't tested it in a downpour.

Not The Best Fit And “Porch“ Not Recommended In The Rain!

I was a little disappointed in the compatibility of this footprint with my BA Flycreek UL 1 person bikepacking tent. Used this footprint on a 6 day, 70 mile segment of the JMT. The clips on the footprint were not compatible with the clips on my tent, therefore adding weight with no purpose. In dry weather the porch in front of the door and under the vestibule was great! But after 21 hours of rain on day 3, it collected a puddle of water on top and therefore under my tent. So if you're expecting wet weather, I'd take your traditional footprint if you have one.
