After checking through numerous lightweight chair reviews, I came upon Big Agnes. I have tents and mats from Big Agnes which are super innovative and of good quality. This chair seems to go along with that quality. It is comfortable for me at 5’4” and my husband at 6’0”. I like the higher seat and back. Getting out of it is easy. Good width for many sizes. I bought the Armchair version for my husband. They pack up small. They are going in our camper van and to all of the music festivals I hope return this summer!

Finally, Found A Light Weight Comfortable Chair.
This chair to wonderfully comfortable for this large, overweight, not so nimble woman. I can get out of it with any effort, I have been seeking out a chair that packs away compactly, is lightweight and from which I can alight without looking like a struggling beached seal. This chair IS compact when folded, this chair IS lightweight and I can alight from it with the finesse of Gazelle. I will be watching TV while sitting in it this evening, and likely other evenings to give this chair a purpose until my next camp trip.

My wife and I purchased two Big Six Camp Chairs for use during this coming fall’s elk season in Colorado. We wanted chairs that were high enough to sit in comfortably while not being too low to the ground or heavy as we pack in our camp on Pack Burros that we have obtained from the BLM.
